Show Notes Transcript

With 2021 a mere three days away, goal-setting is critical...but keeping your mind correct is instrumental to even having a chance at accomplishing those goals.

This week we ask the question, 'What does mindset have to do with creating content that attracts your ideal clients?' From the moment we launch something, whether it's a product or a new service, we want it to be perfect, so perfect that it typically doesn't even get launched because it never lives up to our expectations. We're constantly tinkering with it, editing it, making it better.

In this episode we talk about how we all need to suck before we can improve:

  • failing as an essential part of the learning process
  • how a business mindset should challenge your perceived limitations
  • how identifying your fears can help progress
  • the importance of your 'why'
  • creating a productive morning routine

So et's see how this goes. Okay, his week, we asked the uestion, What does mindset have o do with creating content that ttracts your ideal clients? Ask nother one. What would you do o succeed if you knew you could ot fail? The hardest thing is sually the thing you should be oing after. You have to be esilient and able to continue uilding what you believe is the ext big thing. Things you build ill often not succeed. But ltimately those losses will add p to a win based on what you've earned. From the moment we aunch something, whether it's a roduct or a new service, we ant it to be perfect, let's dmit it so perfect that it's ypically doesn't even get aunched because it never lives p to our expectations. You have to get etter gradually. I love the hought that whatever we do or reate today, it's the worst it ill ever be, we will continue o nurture and improve it. ailure is something that is nevitable in business and in ife. The somehow we seem better quipped to deal with it in day o day life. We start dealing ith it the moment we learn how o walk. Because failing is an ssential part of the learning rocess, you have to fail again nd again. And you have to fall gain and again, until you've earned how to walk. Giving up s clearly not an option. We hould bear in mind that usiness success works in the ame way. Failing is part of the rocess of getting good and astering something, making istakes and dealing with your ailures. Just see it as part of our job as an entrepreneur. hen something doesn't work, hange it, test, experiment, earn. The classic definition of nsanity is doing the same thing ver and over again, expecting a ifferent result. A sort of eparture to writing down your oals is to write down your ears. Instead of thinking ou're incapable of ccomplishing your goal. Why not hift into a business mindset, hallenge your perceived imitations and choose to elieve in your vision. Ask ourself, is this assumption eally true? Tony Robbins elieves that the only true topper of any business is not inance, it's mindset. It's the imited mindset of these ntrepreneurs. Basically, if you ave all the external resources ou need, but are still failing. t's time to look at your indset and reevaluate the ituation. Focus on your Why Why re you in business?
